It was cool and fresh outside. The natural world was finally waking up from its slumber into green, unfolding glory. God gave us His softbox for the day - a lovely overcast sky, perfectly even light to illuminate a new family of four. 

Ali & Russ added another beautiful boy to their clan - one Brooks Romans. All soft hair and even softer skin. Tender lips and tiny hands. Happy as a clam. Big Brother Nash joined in the fun, showering with kisses (see Nash as a one year old here!). 

Favorite moments? Those mama-baby shots by the window. Daddy folding his big, strong arms around his family. Nash's kisses. Daddy marveling over his new, tiny bundle. Giggling storytime with mama. Brother toes. Nash & daddy hopping around the playground. Relishing being a family of four in the quickening thickets.
